We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. Lost Packages / Shipping Issues
If your package is lost in transit (not delivered within our guaranteed shipping timeframe of 15 days), please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or a replacement.
