SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ZenLimb. We ship all our orders worldwide. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: $0

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-8 business days.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Due to global logistics, factors such as customs clearance or local postal delays may occasionally extend the delivery window.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours. You can track your package directly through our "Track Your Order" page.

4. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and EU).

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: ZenLimb is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at gencejindustry@gmail.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

6. Lost/Stolen Packages

ZenLimb is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

However, if your package is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier after 30 days, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
